SCHOOL ADMINISTRATION REVIEWS
Our review of a school’s administration processes aims to:
Build an understanding of the schools’ preferred administration structure, considering the changing external landscape for schools.
Map the current administration practices and processes.
Inform reflection by providing comparative information about effective models of school administration in similar contexts.
Identify gaps between the current situation and preferred situation and make any appropriate strategic recommendations.
The reviews are completely confidential. Recommendations and outcomes are provided for the information of the Principal and/or Board and are not binding in any way.
Reviews are carried out by a multi-disciplinary team of Edtech staff all of whom have worked extensively in or with schools. Team members include an experienced principal, a Chartered Accountant and a financial consultant with a background of working in schools as an Office Manager and Executive Officer. In undertaking the review, the team draws on their collective insight, skills and understanding.
